Ships Electronics Services (SES) acquired Greenham Regis Marine Electronics in 2016. From 2016 until 2023 the business traded as Greenham Regis Limited which was a 100% subsidiary of SES.
During 2023 Greenham Regis Limited was incorporated into SES. The Lymington and Chichester Offices will be rebranded to SES.
